• One governed path: identity, sensitivity classification, policy and authorization are applied before any model executes.
• Hybrid Routing selects the Best Eligible Fit among eligible Internal Models and Approved Cloud Models — sensitive context stays internal when policy requires it, and approved cloud execution is permitted only after policy and context-egress gates pass.
• Metering and safe audit metadata show what happened and why — reason codes and metadata, not raw content.

The Role-Aware Operational Assistant

See administrators run day-to-day operations through a governed assistant — a role-aware operator surface of the gateway, not a general chat app. It covers a defined, growing set of operations across three areas today:

• Role authorization decides what each operator can see and do; operations outside an operator's role are never offered.
• Preview → Confirm → Execute: the assistant shows what would change, waits for an explicit operator confirmation and only then executes — nothing changes without confirmation.
• Each executed change is recorded as safe audit metadata; reads and exports return bounded, sanitized summaries — not raw prompts, credentials or document contents.
• Reporting and observability: usage summaries, per-request explanations, traffic and readiness views, governed exports and retention.
• Knowledge and content administration: documents, knowledge domains, validity and visibility, content health and review queues.
• Chat administration: chat settings, branding, governed prompt versions and feedback review — file and logo uploads hand off to the governed upload screens.
