These Terms of Use apply to the public VAYON website. They govern use of the public marketing website only and are separate from any VAYON product agreement.
1. Operator identity and acceptance
The public VAYON website is operated by VAYON, located at Israel, Israel (“VAYON”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
By using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. Purpose of the website
The website provides general information about VAYON, an Enterprise AI Gateway and organizational AI control plane.
The website may include product descriptions, technical overviews, diagrams, demonstrations, documentation links and forms for requesting information or a demonstration.
The website itself is not the VAYON Customer Deployment and is not the VAYON Vendor Portal.
3. No purchase or service agreement through the website
Submitting a contact or demo form does not create a customer, supplier, partnership, employment or other contractual relationship.
Any purchase, license, implementation, support or professional-service arrangement requires a separate written agreement.
No statement on the website modifies a signed agreement between you and VAYON.
4. Product information
We aim to keep the website accurate and current. However, product capabilities, interfaces, availability, deployment options and roadmap items may change.
Some content may describe capabilities that are:
- currently implemented
- available only under particular configuration, policy, license or environment
- partially implemented
- under validation
- planned for future development
The website does not guarantee that every capability, integration, provider or deployment option is available for every customer.
A demonstration, diagram, screenshot or synthetic example is illustrative and does not represent a specific customer environment or external certification.
5. No security or compliance guarantee
VAYON is designed to provide governance, policy, routing, authorization, metering and audit controls for organizational AI use.
These controls can reduce risk, but no software or security control can eliminate every operational, security, privacy or compliance risk.
Website content does not constitute a guarantee of security, uninterrupted availability, regulatory compliance, certification or suitability for a particular legal requirement.
Customers remain responsible for evaluating their own policies, configurations, infrastructure, legal requirements and risk controls.
6. Permitted use
You may use the website for legitimate informational and business purposes.
You must not:
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or its supporting systems
- interfere with its availability, security or operation
- submit malware, harmful code or abusive traffic
- use automated means to overload, scrape or probe the website in a manner that harms the service

They may not reflect every configuration, release or deployment environment. You should rely on the documentation and contractual materials applicable to the specific VAYON version and deployment provided to your organization.
Do not use sample credentials, identifiers or example values as production secrets.

The website may contain links to external websites and services.
A link does not necessarily imply endorsement. We are not responsible for the availability, security, accuracy or practices of unrelated third-party websites.
10. Availability
We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the public website.
We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted or free from errors. This does not affect obligations contained in a separate written customer agreement.
11. Disclaimer
The public website and its content are provided for general informational purposes.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided without warranties regarding completeness, uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, VAYON will not be responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from reliance on public website content.
This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited, or where a separate written agreement provides otherwise.

Information submitted through the website is handled as described in the VAYON Privacy Notice.
Optional analytics technologies are used only according to the privacy choices made available on the website.

We may update these Terms when the website, product or applicable practices change.
The revision date appears on this page. Continued use after an updated version is published means that the updated Terms apply to subsequent use of the website.
15. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without limiting any mandatory rights that apply under the laws of your location.
Any dispute relating solely to use of the public website will be handled by the courts having jurisdiction under applicable law, unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.
Where applicable, a separate signed customer agreement overrides public website content.
