One platform. Clear annual pricing.
VAYON Core is licensed per customer organization and includes the first licensed VAYON server. Paid extensions are organization-wide — licensed once, available across all of the organization’s licensed VAYON servers, and never re-charged per server. No separate licensing fee based on the number of AI users, systems, requests, tokens, agents or developers.
All prices are annual USD list prices, before applicable taxes. The USD list is the source of truth; where a local currency is required, the amount is derived from USD at the date set in the quote or agreement.
VAYON Core
USD 140,000 per year
The VAYON Core license includes:
- The first licensed VAYON server
- The AI governance platform: gateway, policy enforcement, identity, audit and administration
- One license per customer organization
- No separate licensing fee based on the number of AI users, systems, requests, tokens, agents or developers.
Additional VAYON Server
USD 20,000 per year, each
- The first licensed VAYON server is included in VAYON Core.
- Each isolated or physically separated network needs its own licensed VAYON server — a server cannot be shared across a network boundary.
- A fixed price — the server’s role (production, DR, test or HA) never changes it.
- Extensions are organization-wide and are never re-charged per server.
- Installation and implementation services for a server are not included in the license price.
Organization-wide paid extensions
Each extension is licensed once per customer organization and applies to all licensed VAYON servers in your organization — it is never re-charged when a server is added.

Chat & Knowledge
USD 35,000 per year
A governed employee AI workspace over permission-aware organizational knowledge — citations, file analysis, knowledge administration and supported enterprise connectors.
Applies to all licensed VAYON servers in your organization.
Agent Platform
USD 50,000 per year
Agent inventory, Agent Studio, workflows, resources and operation grants, human approvals, tools, scheduling, run audit and the AI Organization Map.
Applies to all licensed VAYON servers in your organization.
Developer AI Governance
USD 30,000 per year
Governed VS Code and coding-tool access, developer eligibility and training, workstation deployment, provider and routing controls, usage, cost and audit.
Applies to all licensed VAYON servers in your organization.
Endpoint AI Governance
USD 35,000 per year
Managed Chrome, Edge and Firefox governance, browser preflight decisions, endpoint coverage and the Shadow-AI screen. Agentless enterprise discovery stays part of VAYON Core.
Applies to all licensed VAYON servers in your organization.
VAYON Complete
USD 265,000 per year
VAYON Core plus all four extensions — a USD 25,000 bundle discount.

Professional services
Professional services are not included in the Vayon AI license. They are delivered and priced separately by authorized integrators — every service is by quote.
