Every Vayon AI product capability is included in the platform license. Your annual license is determined by the number of human AI users and Vayon AI instances — not by systems, agents, integrations, providers or models.
All prices are per year, before local taxes. The USD list is the source of truth; where a local currency is required, the amount is derived from USD at the date set in the quote or agreement.
Vayon AI Enterprise Platform
USD 140,000 per year
The base license includes:
- One Vayon AI instance
- Up to 25 human AI users
- Every Vayon AI product capability included
- No separate charge for systems, agents, integration clients, AI providers or models
- No separate track or price for developers
Additional instances
USD 28,000 per year
= 20% of the base platform price (USD 140,000 × 20%).
- The additional-instance price does not depend on the user tier.
- The user tier is shared across all of the organization’s instances.
- Every standalone install on a separate network or environment is an instance.
- Installation and implementation services for the instance are not included in the license price.
AI-user tiers
The first 25 users are included in the base. Each row is an independent tier — the add-ons do not stack. A 700-user organization buys the “up to 1,000” tier and pays USD 325,000 in total. The tier applies across all of the organization’s instances together.

- Only over 10,000 users, professional services, or genuinely custom work require custom pricing.

Professional services
Professional services are not included in the Vayon AI license. They are delivered and priced separately by authorized integrators — every service is by quote.
